If this lands on a weekend, training dates will shift to the next Monday automatically.

The file downloaded but nothing happens when I open it
Double-check the file has a
.ics extension and isn't being treated as plain text. In Outlook, use File > Open & Export > Import/Export > Import an iCalendar (.ics) file rather than just double-clicking it, especially the first time.Why have my dates moved off the days I expected?
If a training item lands on a Saturday or Sunday, it automatically shifts to the next available weekday so nothing gets scheduled over a weekend. This is expected behaviour — check the preview list after generating to see exactly which dates were used.
I selected the wrong role — what do I do?
Just change the Role dropdown and generate again — there's no need to refresh the page. Each generation produces a fresh file based on whichever role is currently selected.
Does this also add the events to the new starter's calendar?
No — the generated file only goes into whichever calendar you import it into. The simplest approach is to import it into your own calendar first, then forward the same file on for the starter to import into theirs.
